  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Salt, as required

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Veggies

Heat a pan and lightly sauté onion, capsicum and sweet corn for 2–3 minutes. Keep the vegetables slightly crisp.

Step 2: Season the Mix

Add tomato, chilli flakes, oregano, black pepper and a small amount of salt. Toss briefly and remove from the heat.

Step 3: Build the Nacho Base
